Ideas for community service
What ideas to you have for community service this year? Enter your views and how you think it might work. It would be nice to add a couple of simple projects this year.
I plan on doing the food drive at Reid's again this year. I am currently thinking two drives per semester, but this may change. Definitely doing one each semester though.
i believe it is one thing to visit the "childerns" hospital where they get chear up visits every day than to go to the regular hospital where they dont get as many chear up visits!
Well we need to make an effort to go to the middle school because in our past years we have slacked off maintaining staying in touch with our community. Another idea is we host little events at the primary school such as an easter egg hunt or maybe a halloween festival. Also for our school...how about everyone assist the band September 18th. Not only is it an easy job but it puts in good with our own school...If you are interested Let me know and i will personally see to it we get the connection.
i think we should do more fundraisers ideas that can get us noticed in the community. like setting up a booth at a big event like homecoming or a local festival. there will be alot of people plus we can help a local charity in orangeburg of our choice.
to chris... my church hosts a easter egg hunt at the primary school...but i think it would be awsome to do somthing durring the day like the holoween festival
Maybe we could............. Itsx not much yhu can do around here.. Hmmmmm maybe we Kould idk do something with the buses.. Like wash them. Or maybe Plant some Flower SOme where thru out Orangeburg. Or maybe Go to ;) some type of beach and help clean it up.. (again itsx not much to do around here) :)
